  I am writing this review to warn others about our experience with Hamilton Place Apartments. During the application process, we were told that our income did not meet the requirements. However, instead of issuing a formal denial, we were informed that we could only move forward if we paid six months of rent in advance. When we declined this condition, the process was effectively halted. We were then told that if we canceled the application, the application fee would not be refunded, but if the application was denied, the fee would be refunded. Despite this, no formal denial was ever issued, and no refund has been processed, even after waiting more than 15 days. We received no email updates or communication during this time. We visited the leasing office in person to request clarification and were told that “nothing could be done” and that contacting accounting was refused. Due to the lack of resolution, law enforcement was contacted. After hearing both sides, the responding officer stated that our position was valid and advised us to pursue the matter through civil rights / civil channels, as this is a civil issue. Throughout this process, we experienced poor communication, inconsistent policies, and unprofessional handling of our application. I strongly encourage anyone considering applying here to be extremely cautious about application fees, denial vs. cancellation policies, and refund procedures.

  The property manager, Lisa, and her team are top-notch professionals. The leasing office has been helpful and responsive to any questions I have. I highly recommend leasing at Hamilton Place.

  Good place to live. The people were very nice! Especially Brian and Karen who cleaned and did maintenance for the properties.

  Prompt response to any issues as well as great service! The property manager Lisa is amazing to interact with and quick to help work through any problems that come up. In addition, maintenance staff keep the buildings clean and appliances running. Planning to renew my lease immediately once it comes up!
