- KCKrazy ChicSep 15, 20251.0This place is the worst ive ever rented from. Good luck not getting poisoned here. The health dept needs to come in here NOW. Balconies falling off.. paint HEAVILY mixed with acetone leaving a smell Deborah herself described as 'someone smoked in here'.. Windows don't open and shut properly and no one comes to check bc I'm just crazy since the last Tennant had no issues. Hair in the carpet from the previous Tennant. Ac unit not maintained properly so it gives breathing and air regulation issues. Smoke detectors don't work and the old ones are being used to prop open the doors inside with screws and nails laying in the FILTHY hallways. They charge almost 1400$ a month for a one bedroom in this. Straight up, you're a slumlord JASON and I dont know you any of you in that office sleep at night doing this to people. There's a new baby in the building where you're poisoning the air. Will they need a doctors note to be moved or will they be asked to pay out of their lease too Jason? Soft spots in the floors, this whole building is CAVING in and no one cares. People are being poisoned here and NO ONE cares. You won't care until a catastrophe happenens but your pockets are so lined it won't even matter because we can't file a class action lawsuit anyway. You made sure to cover your hide didn't you Jason?.
