University Commons is an undergraduate student housing hub in the heart of Oakland. It consists of University Commons at Dawson Street, The Lofts at University Commons and University Commons at McKee Place (formerly McKee Place Apartments). Between all of our properties, we offer one, two, three, four, five and even studio bedroom floor plans. Whether you’re planing on living alone or moving in with a few of your besties and/or bros, our floor plans have spacious living areas and private bedrooms to fit your needs.
