- GMGiulia MerolaNov 29, 20254.0The building itself is gorgeous, the gym is very spacious and well equipped. The apartments are clean but quite small with transparent blinds and a VERY, VERY loud heating system, to the point it would wake us up in the middle of the night every time it’d turn itself on—very hard to sleep. One concierge, Edward was just fantastic, super helpful and kind. Trying to do anything he could to offer us a good experience. So the 4th star is just for him, otherwise it would have been 3 stars.

My thermostat was broken down all winter and I had to live in the freezing cold because of them. Honestly it’s unacceptable. If you’re thinking of living here, don’t. There are way better options.

I applied anyway and quickly understood why so many people warned against this place. After paying over $300 for the application , it was abruptly canceled because I didn’t send some additional documents within 48 hours—even though they never specified a deadline. The apartment was relisted and taken almost immediately. They refused to refund any portion of the fees, even though the miscommunication was on their end. No clarification, no effort to resolve the issue. Completely unprofessional and careless.
