  For a place that’s supposed to be a new build and promises luxury living with the motto “Where every detail matters,” I have to say, it really falls short. It’s hard to believe they didn’t think to put proper insulation between the units. I can hear my neighbors on the other side of the wall banging all hours of the day and night, not to mention the ones upstairs. It’s downright frustrating — I can hear the water dribbling through the pipes, above unit empty their bathtub, and even hear someone snoring through the walls. I expected a bit more peace and quiet for the price they’re charging.

  We have been living here for 3 months so far, and things are going great. Madeline is a very thoughtful manager, she helped us from the beginning to find the best apartment that we would feel comofrtable in. She also plans weekly resident events to help connect everyone with each other, which we really appreciate. The amenities are consistently clean and well-cared for. The gym has all necessary equipment and a yoga room. The garage has plenty of parkings, and the quality of equipment and materials used in the apartments is top notch. Highly recommend living at this place, it has been a great experience for us and other residents that we talk to.

  The Julian is a fun place to live and great luxury apartment. I’ve really enjoyed the weekly events they host like the smores social. Madeline and her team always make it such a fun and homey environment.

  The building is amazing and the management is great! A lot of resident events to meet others and keep residents engaged!! Everyone in the building is incredibly friendly and responsive. I've really enjoyed my experience so far and cannot wait to engage with the building more.

  The common areas are very spacious and well-maintained. Also, the staff are all super friendly and attentive. I really appreciate the thought that they put into curating the resident events. So happy to call this apartment my home!
