- KSKatie SeidenglanzSep 20, 20235.0Moved in last summer and just renewed my lease! It’s in a great location & apartments with a parking garage downtown are hard to find. Apartments are nice sized and up to date, and the rooftop is very nice. The building doesn’t have a gym, but the UFC gym has a partnership with MSP that I’ve been using since they opened & it’s great! Management and maintenance are also helpful and actually respond quickly, which is a big plus in comparison in other apartments I’ve lived in.
