A lounge on the third floor, a courtyard, personal lockers, and a garage as an added convenience. If you were trying to find a prime spot to live in downtown, this is it.

Apartments are nice sized and up to date, and the rooftop is very nice. The building doesn’t have a gym, but the UFC gym has a partnership with MSP that I’ve been using since they opened & it’s great! Management and maintenance are also helpful and actually respond quickly, which is a big plus in comparison in other apartments I’ve lived in.
