The neighbors are considerate and friendly. The maintenance staff, Arthur and Sean, are both great guys who always brighten our day every time we see them. The management team did change in the past year, but the new owners have already begun making updates to the building and were very helpful when we wanted to make a short-term extension to our lease. We loved our time in Lawrenceville and would have loved to stay in this building longer if we were not moving out of the area. 5/5 highly recommend!
