There are fun resident events and in general it’s a quiet place to live with pretty new apartments. Great for students/residents as it’s walkable or bikeable over the hot metal bridge to Presby/Montefiore hospitals

Not only is she an amazing property manager, she is also very kind, which is amazing because moving can be stressful, but Elma makes it easy. Honestly my experience at Hot Metal Flats would not be the same without Elma. She makes HMF functional, organized, enjoyable and safe. I could not ask for a better property manager.

She organizes events for residents that are so thoughtful and create a sense of community. I have never lived in a more wonderful place and really it is her who makes it so special. She always makes herself accessible and is ready to help. I hope Elma stays in this location to work for as long as I live there, but I would encourage Walnut Capital to treasure employees like her.
