  Red Tail Company is an excellent company and very cooperative with its tenants. I would also like to thank Lori Green and Edward from the leasing office for their service and excellent treatment.

  The only bright spot in this dumpster fire of a property is Jamie the maintenance man. I’ve been here over a year and we are already looking at our options for when our lease is up. People have mentioned the multiple security/safety issues but the didn’t mention July 5th someone putting a bottle rocket down the Shute. We’ve had multiple police incidents with drug busts as well. They have yet to address people(kids) running up and down the hallway knocking on doors either. A newer issue is I pay $250 a month for parking for me and my wife ($125 a spot) well we have a lovely resident or guest of resident who decides to not only park in the “secured” garage but also not in a proper spot blocking others in. See attached photo I can only hope the new property management company that purchased this place will address the issues. This feels very housing authority living over the past 8 months. Far from the luxury apartment dreams we were sold

  if i could give this place 0 stars I would. please avoid it. management is never in office and never answers calls for some reason, noisy and very thin walls.
