Swimming pool was under rebalancing since September.
This is how they gonna treat you my friends.
*Second post
The management team is lying.
I have full records, the pool was first closed in late September.
They said it is open on Oct/10 2 pm with cloudy water. However, they close it at 4 pm again for failure of balance.
I also have photos on late October showing the working ladder standing in the swimming pool and the water is cloudy all the way till last check(November).

I lived here for about a year. It was my first apartment in the U.S., and thanks to the friendly neighbors and the variety of events, I was able to make many friends and create wonderful memories. If I ever return to Pittsburgh, I would love to live here again.

Appliances are ancient. Dishwasher doesn’t clean, so be ready to hand-wash everything after it runs. Dryer leaves clothes damp and smelling worse than before.
Shoutout to management for setting the bar underground. Bad attitude once they get you to move in. Always begging for fake 5-star reviews to bury the real ones tho🤡

❌DO NOT LIVE HERE. I’ve lived here for 3 years and it’s gone completely downhill. Noise insulation is terrible - you can hear pipes popping and neighbor’s toilet flushing. Ever since the former manager Julie left, the new management has been a disaster. If you’re a resident dealing with management’s nonsense, skip them and look up “Bakery Living owners” and contact Todd and Greg directly.
This is how the current manager, Sidney Warren, handled a recent noise complaint. When we reported a serious noise issue, her first response was to check if we were renewing our lease. Once we gave notice to move out in three months, she couldn’t care less—ignored over 10 calls, sent someone almost an hour late after the noise had stopped, and ignored video proof we sent. Her “investigation” was to ask the newly moved in upstairs neighbors if they thought they were loud (they said no, of course), and she simply told us to go to court. Sidney’s actual response:
“The next step would be to file with the magistrate for possession of the apartment, which includes a court hearing. Your presence at the hearing would be beneficial since the complaint is coming from you. This process does take a long time and I'm not sure it would be solved by your lease end date of May 8.”
It eventually took us three months to get the upstairs to quiet down and people from upstairs admitted that their kid would smack things onto the floor which could be what caused the noise. This was supposed to be management’s responsibility and would have been much faster with their involvement but instead we suffered for three months.
AND
After we gave move out notice management tried to schedule constant tours for prospects while we still live here. They attempted to have a stranger coming into my home regularly and look everywhere. For the third tour they automatically scheduled, I asked to postpone because no one would be home. The office responded that as long as they give 24 hours’ notice, they’re allowed to enter anytime for tours, per the lease.
Management’s only skill is sending fake-friendly emails while doing absolutely nothing when it matters. Again, if you’re dealing with the same nonsense, skip this horrible management and look up “Bakery Living owners” and contact Todd and Greg directly.
