  What a shame.. I originally had my tour scheduled on Tuesday the 23rd at 10am. Ashley called and said she needed to reschedule for a meeting. Understandable. Thursday, today the 25th comes around and I drive over 30 minutes for this tour in pouring rain. I’m standing outside waiting, ringing the doorbell, calling, texting, emailing, even messaging them on social media and nothing. I waited 15 minutes in pouring rain just to feel embarrassed and unwelcome. From something I was so excited about and really wanted an opportunity to rent here, to feeling like I was neglected and not worth their time or effort. The lack of professionalism is disappointing. Update: it’s been two hours since the supposed scheduled tour at 10 and no one has reached out or even said a word. Do better.

  This place was thus far the BEST apartment I’ve ever stayed in! The staff is amazing!!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful place in a beautiful neighborhood.

  Very well done apartments in this historic building! Great amenities like a gym, workshop room, game room and dog wash! Yes it’s pet friendly! Tin, wood ceilings, exposed brick walls, wood floors, convenient location and great views! Does your apartment building have a tractor in the lobby?!

  There are many rental options in the area but the uniqueness of the lofts and the location is what attracted me to the building. After touring the property, finalizing my decision to relocate from Lancaster to Pittsburgh has been an easy process. The leasing staff has been very responsive answering questions and keeping me updated on the move in information.
