  5 years in the "Emerald" floor plan. apartment has nice efficient fixtures and nice high ceilings. units named after gems have floor to ceiling windows that are very striking and insulate well. Over the time that I've lived here there have been several personnel changes. The current administration is doing great. they've got my vote. I hope they stick around.

  The best place to live downtown. The management is great and actually listen and solve problems unlike most places that just place your complaint down the line. They made my experience living downtown stress free. I ended up speaking with Zack a lot he was a great help to answer my questions but the whole team is great. It’s in a great part of town with lots of attractions within a 5 min walk from the building so there’s always something to do close to home.

  I currently live in the building. The parking lot next to the building is used repeatedly as a concert venue (even during the week both before and after business hours). As I type this review, in fact, there is a heavy metal rock band playing with loud speakers vibrating my floor. I asked building management for a discount on my rent while these concerts happen (they gave us no notice before renting that there would be concerts next door), and he denied it. He did offer I use the business room in the building, but it is infeasible for everyone in the building to do so. And besides, that does not change the fact that the rooms are unusable for any sort of quiet enjoyment when these concerts happen. Do not live here if you are a professional or student who needs quiet to work. There are plenty of buildings blocks away that do not face the same nuisance. The price of the building does not reflect this issue, so when you compare prices to other buildings nearby take this into account. The sad thing is, I love everything else about the building. If the building had been reasonable with me on this concert issue, I would have nothing but glowing things to say. **Also, ignore the two reviews here by Rashuan Simon and Zach DeReno who are both employees of the building.** June 30, 2022 Update: The building let me get out of my lease early. The concerts next door continue. If you want a quiet place to live, this is not it.
