  I recently moved here and am so glad I did. Housekeeping, maintenance and management are the best. Nicole keeps the apartment hallways and foyers clean and neat and the clubhouse is spotless. Any maintenance issue is handled efficiently by Smiley and his knowledge/repair work is impressive. Mary goes above and beyond when handling any issues, questions or concerns that arise and is readily available to assist with any request you have. Overall it has been a great experience living here.

  Rich and I moved into Crossroad Towers January 2026. It was a difficult decision after owning our own our own home for 48 years. After meeting with the manager, Mary Plinta, we decided we were making the correct choice choosing Crossroad Towers. Mary is so pleasant, knowledgeable and supportive, she helped us throughout the entire process. Mary was available to answer all our questions and assist us throughout our move to make sure everything went smoothly. We cannot thank her enough. Smiley, the facility maintenance manager at Crossroads is just wonderful. He is on top of everything and keeps the buildings and grounds running smoothly. Smiley is also willing to assist when you need something done in the apartment or need to understand how something works H e is very good natured and exemplifies his name. I cannot say enough good things about Smiley. He is a joy. We also have Nicole who takes care of keeping things clean in the buildings. When we were moving in and the movers had left bits of paper and ‘fluff’ in the hallway, they had barely left the building and Nicole was already cleaning up the hallway and elevators. Mary plans events and get togethers for the residents throughout the year with Nicole and Smiley helping with setup and serving. All three make residents feel welcome. This is such a comfortable place to live. We are so pleased with our move. People are friendly and open. We are finding more people that we know from prior. This is a great decision we made.

  Crossword Towers is a wonderful place to live. The apartments are beautiful and Mary, Nicole and Smiley handle requests immediately. Would not consider living anywhere else. Love it here!!

  We have been here for almost 6 months and everything has been just as we had hoped. Mary and the girls at the office are always willing to help out with anything they can.We had very minor maintenance issues 2 times and Smiley was here to fix them almost immediately. Everyone in the community that we have met has been very friendly. Holiday events and food trucks are just two of the special things that occur here at Crossroads.My husband wishes we had done this 5 years ago.

  By far a great experience so far! Wonderful amenities and the grounds are always kept so nice. Highly recommend the complex with updated modern living styles. Great complex!
