  We have been at Chateau Perry for 6 plus years being first time apartment users. The transition was easy taking a 3 bedroom apartment. We think of our space as community with many friendly people! Our special staff is always available to be of service. They specialize in keeping us happy with many socials and activities if desired. Our maintenance staff as well as custodial staff are quick to respond. Kudos to the cleaning service too!

  I have been living here for 11years. It’s very clean and has on site maintenance. Maintenance is very thorough and quick to respond. There are many activities offered here. The pool is great. Many friendly people. Staff are great. Would recommend.

  I highly recommend Chateau Perry for great living with friendly people and a terrific atmosphere. I’ve lived here for nearly 9 years and I’m very happy and content. The community offers many amenities and has a fantastic staff who are always willing to assist with any concerns. There are on-call emergency services and the building is kept clean throughout. The residents are a nice mix of ages, and there are activities available if you’d like to participate. I also love the convenient access to nearby stores and medical offices. In my opinion, it’s a wonderful place to live.

  My gramma lives here and it’s really nice. They allow her to have cats, she has lots of friends, there’s a pool, and lots of game nights.

  My fiance and I set an appointment to tour on May 27th for a 2 bedroom unit that was available. An hour and a half prior to our tour, my fiance called the office and spoke with Terry who confirmed the 2 bedroom unit was still available for our tour that day. When we arrived and Terry saw that we were an African American family, he told us that there were no units that we could tour. When we asked about the 2 bedroom unit we called to confirm was still available an hour and a half prior, he told us that the unit was rented out the day before in a rush.If this were true, he would have told us on the phone when we called prior to driving out to the complex. Very disappointed with the way we were treated and the time we wasted. I have left several messages asking to speak with a manager and I have received no response.
