  I’ve been living here since the building opened I love my apartment I love the building and the amenities and the new property manager Kevin is absolutely amazing and absolutely very attentive!!!!

  I have been living at Weaver Apartments since October 2025, and it has been an incredible experience so far. The apartment itself is amazing, especially when it comes to the quality of the amenities and the overall cleanliness of the building. A huge shoutout to the Property Manager, Kevin, and his staff. Kevin has done a fantastic job maintaining the property; his management style and the way the team cares for the building really stand out. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything running smoothly. On top of that, the price point and location are excellent. I noticed someone comment regarding the surrounding area and the homeless population, but in my experience, those claims are largely exaggerated. It hasn't impacted my enjoyment of living here at all. Highly recommend Weaver Apartments to anyone looking for a well-managed, clean,safe and perfectly located home!

  The Weaver is the best property that I have ever had to privilege to reside at! The property management team is PHENOMENAL and I stand on that. Kevin Stone is prompt, efficient and professional in regards to answering any questions and providing results with any issues that arise. The thing is though: there are rarely ever any issues to speak of! Communication is clear and frequent via email for the entire tenant-community. The maintenance team is top-notch and swift in response to any service inquiries. The property is kept clean, hygienic and professionally maintained. The seasonal/holiday parties in the Resident Lounge are A BLAST!!! The property is secure and safe. I would rate this property and property manager as a 10/10 stars if that option were available, but it only allows me to rate up to a 5!! 😉

  Special Thank You To Our Property Manager Kevin Stone,I’ve lived a few places and this is definitely the best ! Coming in from work or travel as well as having visitors feels so welcoming. I’m highly impressed with the clean conditions and how well the property is maintained and the amazing smell once you enter the lobby, being a resident of The Weaver has been my best choice in living in a while,, I’m Happy and feel very welcomed being here..thank you once again for making this place feel very much like home…and we also have the best maintenance team ever,,they do a AMAZING JOB DAILY 🫶🏾

  I’ve had a really positive experience living here, largely thanks to our property manager, Kevin! He stepped into the role inheriting a number of ongoing issues—everything from burst pipes to damage in the garage—but he’s consistently stayed on top of things and worked hard to address them. Kevin also makes an effort to build a sense of community. The resident appreciation events, especially the rooftop parties, and discounts to local restaurants have been a great touch and genuinely enjoyable. He’s proactive about communication as well. While some residents may not always love getting reminder emails about lease violations, it’s clear he’s just doing his job and trying to maintain standards for everyone in the building. It’s also encouraging to see new amenities being added and continued efforts to improve the property overall. You can tell there’s a focus on making this a better place to live, and that doesn’t go unnoticed! Thank you!
