  My whole process was extremely smooth and stress free. Marquise was an amazing help. The Property manager is amazing and such a great listener as well. I'll recommend the Quincy to anyone I come across this place is amazing!

  I’ve been living here for about a week and so far I’m really happy with it. The building is quiet, which I really appreciate. There’s a gym, a nice lounge area, and the views are great — especially from the rooftop. The management team (especially Marquise)at The Quincy has been very responsive and helpful whenever I had a question. The building is clean and well maintained, the elevators work well, and everything feels taken care of. So far it’s been a great experience living here!

  I recently rented an apartment here and the entire process was incredibly smooth and transparent. At every step, I was clearly informed about my application and its status, which made the experience “STRESS-FREE”. All thanks to Marquise, the leasing agent, the only reason I would say my experience with the process went through effortlessly. He guided me patiently and professionally throughout the process. Asiyah was also very helpful behind the scenes in making sure everything moved along seamlessly. Together, they make an excellent team and truly care about helping residents. I was actually referred here by a friend who already lives in the community and now I completely understand why!! Highly recommend working with Marquise and Asiyah! Thank you so much!!!

  I highly recommend living at Quincy! The units and building are beautiful, offering a modern and inviting atmosphere. The amenities are exceptional, providing residents with a variety of options for relaxation and recreation. Its prime location allows easy access to local attractions, shops, and dining. The staff is incredibly helpful and diligent, always ready to assist with any needs. Overall, Quincy is a fantastic place to call home!

  Marquis is the man! I toured apartments around Philadelphia for almost two months after relocating back in January and just wasn’t feeling the vibe at many places. When I toured The Quincy, I immediately knew it was the right fit for me! Marquis was extremely thorough throughout the entire process. The unit I originally saw wasn’t the one I ended up leasing, but he made sure I was able to tour the unit I was interested in once it became available. He also took the time to walk me through the concessions and numbers to make sure everything worked within my budget. His consistency with follow-ups and attention to detail really stood out. Asiya, the property manager, put the icing on the cake. She is very communicative, flexible, and understanding, which made the whole process seamless. The building is well kept and the service from start to finish was excellent. I highly recommend The Quincy 1000/10 overall. These guys are GREAT!
