  It is unbelievable how they scam people: they make them pay $1,000—supposedly a security deposit—which is a mandatory fee for anyone wanting to rent an apartment, only to later reveal that it is actually a non-refundable policy with The Guarantors.

  Hello, good afternoon. I have been trying to get in touch for over a month, and no one answers. I’ve spent a month trying to get my security deposit back, and still, no one answers. You have the worst communication with your clients.

  I am looking for apartments for my sister and had a great experience with them. I am not sure who everyone else spoke to but the woman that answered was very kind and compassionate to my sisters situation. She was very helpful and even gave me some advice. Shout out to Rosa for being so helpful and kind! I cant speak to the apartments but I found their customer service to be great.

  I applied to move in to this apartment complex. It was explained to me that they will run a credit check and if I don't have long standing credit that a co signer would be required. I filled out the application and within 4 hours my application was declined. They never ran my credit at all. Never received an inquiry on my credit. I don't know why they did it but obviously they lied and they are not taking the steps that they put in place concerning the application process. At least I know if they lack dignity to not comply with they requirements they put in place chances are they are cutting corners with their tenants. Save your money filling out the application.
