    I moved into this newly constructed building expecting a clean, well-finished apartment, but it’s been a frustrating experience from day one. It’s very clear that the units were rushed without proper quality checks. There are multiple issues throughout the apartment: the front door doesn’t close properly and has a noticeable gap, the windows were dirty upon move-in, there are paint marks on the carpet, and several cabinets and appliances (including the washer/dryer) have visible scuffs and damage. I’ve been waiting for updates on fixing key issues like the AC, and the door gap however the communication has been lacking. For a brand-new building, this level of quality and service is honestly unacceptable. I expected much better attention to detail and responsiveness.
