  Such a great space with wonderful amenities! The apartments themselves are very spacious and modern! Also in a great location right off Kelly drive! Very easy to get into the city!

  Chaotic management and persistent quality-of-life issues made this an exhausting place to live. Water and electricity shutdowns happened regularly with little to no advance communication, which is unacceptable for a building at this price point. There were serious construction and maintenance problems throughout the building. At one point, an overwhelming odor on an upper floor became so severe that authorities were called to investigate whether there was a deceased person on site — a situation that speaks volumes about how poorly issues were handled. Multiple amenities that were advertised were never completed, while others were changed or relocated with little notice to affected residents. The gym relocation is one example of decisions being made without regard for accessibility or communication. Fees are aggressively tacked on, including “amenity” and mail service fees, despite the building failing to construct a functional package room in the first place. Parking is also insufficient, creating another unnecessary headache. Management is quick to pass costs and inconveniences onto residents but slow to take accountability for their own mistakes. There were also repeated instances of staff entering units near lease end for photos and walkthroughs in ways that felt premature and unprofessional. Finally, be cautious of the volume of five-star reviews. The building heavily incentivized positive feedback, which creates a misleading impression of the actual living experience. Overall, this is a poorly executed building with disorganized management that relies more on marketing than substance. There are far better-run options in the city for the money.

  Property Manager Charlie is really great, consistent and best follow up when it comes to addressing any questions and concerns. You can tell the difference if he’s on vacation. Love the building, amenities vending area, gym and office spaces.

  I have been at the Anchorage on Kelly for over a year now, and from move-in until now, it has been a seamless experience. The team is responsive to issues, when problems arrive, they are quick to communicate and update everyone on a resolution. It is convenient to food and stores. Inside the building it has nice common areas, a fitness center, and a convenient little market place. My apartment is quiet and well appointed. I've enjoyed my time here and hope to continue to do so.

  We moved into the Anchorage 3 months ago and we absolutely love it! Management is friendly and always makes it a point to say hi when crossing paths in the building. They are prompt with requests or needs. The units themselves are wonderful and amenities are very well kept! And for the cherry on top, the views of Kelly and the river are really unbeatable. It’s really the best place to call home!
