  Kelly on Anchorage is the best! From the moment I moved in, I knew I was going to love living here. The property manager, Charlie, truly goes above and beyond for his tenants. I caught a glimpse of that on my tour, but what I have experienced as a tenant has gone far beyond my expectations. On my very first day, when my car broke down in the parking lot. It was something I had planned to figure out on my own, but Charlie rolled up his sleeves and stepped in to help me get it fixed. It was something I did not expect to have help on from my property manager, but his effort saved me so much time and stress—and it showed me right away just how much he truly cares about his tenants. I’ve lived in 10 different apartment complexes over the past decade, and I’ve never experienced this level of care and attentiveness from a property manager before. If you’re considering Kelly on Anchorage, just do it! You won’t regret it. Beyond Charlie’s dedication to running the place as best as he can and making tenants lives better in any way he can, the apartments themselves are clean, modern, and peaceful. Good vibes all around! There truly aren’t enough stars allotted to rate this place for as high as it deserves. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I love living here! Move in was super smooth and the building manager Charlie was so helpful every step of the way. Super pet friendly, clean, well-maintained, and the best location. Definitely recommend!

  The philosophy at The Anchorage on Kelly is clear: the customer always comes first. From the very beginning, my experience reflected this. My tour with the leasing agent Nate was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the application process. Whenever I had a question or concern, he responded quickly and was always accommodating to my requests. I could not have asked for a better leasing agent. On move-in day, the property manager Charlie set the standard for true hospitality. He was welcoming, attentive, and ensured everything went smoothly. His genuine care for the residents truly makes him stand out. A few minor issues with my unit were handled immediately by the outstanding maintenance team, which I greatly appreciate. It is rare to find a team who are attentive and proactive, but the team at The Anchorage are both. The only challenges I’ve noticed are some road noise and occasional bass from a neighboring unit, but those are small compared to the overall experience. Everything else has been wonderful, and I truly feel taken care of here. I definitely made the right choice for my new home :)

  Living at The Anchorage on Kelly has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The property is beautifully maintained—clean, quiet, and truly gives off a luxurious feel. From the moment I moved in, everything about the process was seamless, and the same can be said for ending my lease. A huge part of what made my experience five stars was the property manager, Charlie. He genuinely goes above and beyond to ensure that residents are comfortable and any concerns are addressed quickly and professionally. The entire staff is kind, attentive, and always willing to assist. I thoroughly enjoyed my time living here and would highly recommend The Anchorage on Kelly to anyone looking for a peaceful, upscale place to call home. It’s been nothing short of a great experience.

  I recently moved into this apartment complex and already have so many positive comments. From day one, the onsite property manager, Charlie, has been greatly helpful- he answered every single question that I have had in a timely, efficient, and kind manner. He has made the move-in process a smooth and enjoyable one, willing to help at any point in the experience. There are consistent communications about community events or updates. Additionally, the staff clearly makes extensive efforts to maintain a clean environment. The amenities- including the gym, study spaces, snack station, and outside terraces- are top-tier, clean, and a great addition to the property; they make living here convenient and pleasant. I am beyond impressed by their maintenance. Thus far, I could not be happier with this apartment complex. It is a great place for those who are looking for a private feel, yet still just a short drive into the city! The surrounding areas of East Falls and Manayunk also offer great restaurants, walking areas, and activities. I highly recommend this welcoming and well-managed complex!
