  I am extremely disappointed with my experience here and will not be renewing my lease. A sauna was presented as an upcoming amenity during the leasing process and was a significant factor in my decision to move in. Since then, there has been no visible progress, no construction, and no clear communication about whether it is actually happening. If it's not happening that is false advertising. Marketing an amenity that does not exist is misleading. On top of that, management has been consistently unhelpful when concerns are raised. Communication is poor, follow-through is lacking, and questions are often met with vague or dismissive responses. It has been frustrating to deal with a team that does not provide clear answers or accountability. Additionally, the front desk staff are generally unwelcoming and not particularly helpful, which contributes to an overall environment that feels indifferent rather than resident-focused. Based on my experience, I would not recommend living here.

  The building is absolutely stunning. The apartments, amenities, detail in design/architecture, and ESPECIALLY the AFFORDABILITY. You really get your moneys worth and then some. Look forward to moving in! Shouts out to the staff as well. Everybody was really nice, and Isabela was a great host.

  I've been a resident at The Alcott for four months now, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Moving in was made incredibly easy and seamless, thanks primarily to Lysandra and Isabela. During a difficult time following a family loss, their compassion and efficiency in navigating the move-in process were truly invaluable. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. As someone who has lived in multiple luxury buildings in NYC, I can confidently say that The Alcott stands out. This is my first time living in Philadelphia, and I find the building quality and overall experience here to be significantly better than previous residences. Also shout out to Philly for the affordability lol - got a 2 bedroom apartment to myself for less than a 1 bedroom in nyc. I also really love that my dogs are welcomed. They're big pups so I'm happy to have a big apartment for them all. The staff across the board have been super friendly and attentive. A special shout-out is deserved for Ubi, who is prompt and reliable in fixing any maintenance issues that comes up. I absolutely love my apartment and the quality of the amenities provided. The Alcott offers a genuine luxury living experience, backed by a phenomenal, caring team.

  As a frequent visitor of the property I often find comfort when I am greeted by Anthony the concierge, I see here that he is constantly slandered about being rude but I do not get that whatsoever. Just last week there was a young lady (African American) in the lobby calling the security and staff derogatory words because they requested her guest sign in with our new security system and she lost her mind. I was baffled by this behavior because 1. Why would the concierge asking your guest to sign in set you off like this? 2.This is a requirement for all residents why would do you feel exempt. I could not believe an Alcott resident would behave in such a manner but after meeting a few of these residents at our residential events the behavior tracks for some. It brings me a peace of mind that Anthony has remained consistent and fair to all residents where I notice other concierges turn a blind eye and show select favoritism toward certain residents
