  During a visit to see my sister, I was excited to experience the building and common areas. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff member, Anthony, was rude and visibly upset when asked to turn on the television in the common area. He became unprofessional, refused to assist, and then left the building before the end of his shift, leaving the front desk unattended for an extended period of time. As a guest, this created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. It is upsetting to witness this behavior in what is supposed to be my sister’s home. Overall, my experiences visiting this property have been negative due to staff conduct. I have the video of the interaction as well and will be uploading it to my huge tik tok platform.

  The property itself is beautiful and the resident events are well done. Unfortunately, ongoing issues with staff professionalism have significantly impacted my experience. While most staff members are pleasant, one individual, Anthony, has been consistently rude and unprofessional. I have reached out to both staff and management on multiple occasions, yet these concerns have gone unaddressed. The lack of response raises concerns about unequal treatment and accountability, which has created an uncomfortable environment for myself and other residents. While the building is aesthetically impressive, the lack of consequences and follow-through regarding staff behavior is disappointing. I would not renew my lease and encourage prospective residents to choose wisely. Me personally residents should be number 1 priority in a place they will be living while on lease. Sad to say it’s not there priority. Recent incident where staff left because he was asked to turn tv on in the common area he left for the day and now everyday he just ignors me speaks to everyone as they walk in besides me. VERY SAD

  I toured the Alcott about two weeks ago and I had the best experience with Isabela. She was kind, really attentive and informative. You guys did an excellent job by bringing her on the team. The building was clean and you can tell they really take care of their residents and the living spaces.

  I just had a tour at Alcott l. Lysandra exceeded my expectations. I was genuinely impressed. She was positive, engaging, and exceptionally professional from start to finish. Her depth of knowledge about the property and leasing process was thorough, making what could have been a stressful decision feel smooth and straightforward. What stood out most was her clear, patient explanations and her willingness to answer every question with warmth and transparency. She was responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right fit. I left with a confident sense of what to expect and a clear next step.

  I toured the Alcott today and LySandra was absolutely amazing! She was very patient, knowledgeable, and generally concerned about my moving needs. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are stellar, and it smells spectacular in there. I am looking forward to signing a lease.
