As an investor, Mike presented us with weekly reports outlining traffic and recommendations. He was also able to work directly with our existing management company to minimize our involvement in the process. Mike's team took care of the closing process and were able to coordinate signatures ahead of time so we did not have to take time to attend closing. I cannot recommend Mike and the TCS team enough!
