  It has truly been a pleasure working with Gaurav. I first worked with him over a decade ago when purchasing my condominium in Philadelphia, and again ten years later when it came time to sell. Both experiences were seamless and exceeded expectations. Gaurav is consistently proactive, transparent, and results-driven. On multiple occasions, he stepped in to negotiate on my behalf, coordinate contractors for repairs, and help navigate complex documentation — often taking on tasks well beyond what would typically be expected of an agent.   Recently, the TCS Group, specifically Claudia Brown and John Bolaris marketed our Penthouse condo on Rittenhouse Square. Claudia spent quality time with us and our home showed beautifully thanks to her and she sold our home in less than 3 weeks.....she is amazing. John's video marketing was a big help in promotion. Claudia's professionalism is unmatched in the industry and I would highly, highly recommend her if you are looking for a highly skilled realtor.
