I am not sure who everyone else spoke to but the woman that answered was very kind and compassionate to my sisters situation. She was very helpful and even gave me some advice. Shout out to Rosa for being so helpful and kind! I cant speak to the apartments but I found their customer service to be great.

- DMDorothy MontroseSep 19, 20251.0Tried to tour this place. Arrived to the address given and no one showed up. I had to wait in 85 degree weather for like 15 minutes. I called multiple times only to have leave a voicemail or talk to an AI that was completely unhelpful. I was never able to speak to an actual human. I talked to a resident that was there and she says the leasing office never answers the phone. Save yourself the time and energy if you don’t want to deal with an unresponsive team.
