  I am looking for apartments for my sister and had a great experience with them. I am not sure who everyone else spoke to but the woman that answered was very kind and compassionate to my sisters situation. She was very helpful and even gave me some advice. Shout out to Rosa for being so helpful and kind! I cant speak to the apartments but I found their customer service to be great.

  Terrible customer service. Came to view the apartments and get a tour waited there for almost a half an hour. Would not recommend

  Tried to tour this place. Arrived to the address given and no one showed up. I had to wait in 85 degree weather for like 15 minutes. I called multiple times only to have leave a voicemail or talk to an AI that was completely unhelpful. I was never able to speak to an actual human. I talked to a resident that was there and she says the leasing office never answers the phone. Save yourself the time and energy if you don’t want to deal with an unresponsive team.

  I applied to move in to this apartment complex. It was explained to me that they will run a credit check and if I don't have long standing credit that a co signer would be required. I filled out the application and within 4 hours my application was declined. They never ran my credit at all. Never received an inquiry on my credit. I don't know why they did it but obviously they lied and they are not taking the steps that they put in place concerning the application process. At least I know if they lack dignity to not comply with they requirements they put in place chances are they are cutting corners with their tenants. Save your money filling out the application.
