  This has been one of the worst living experiences I’ve had. The stairways are always dirty and poorly maintained. The building smells unpleasant, and there have been weeks where there was no water at all. No showers, no cooking, no basic daily living. What makes it even worse is the management. When you send them messages, they don’t respond or seem to care. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

  Kept my last months rent I paid by mistake, tried to auto sign my lease for an apartment that can’t produce heat in the winter (it used to work I suppose the other companies actually maintained it) and they don’t pay the light bill to light up the courtyard. My ceiling had two leaks both in the bathroom, one from the roof somehow and one from the bathroom floor above. It was never fixed over a period of a year after 5 interactions with maintenance taking over a month fixing pipes and caulking and patching a big hole in the ceiling just for it to fail and leak again turning black and moldy in half the time it took for them to address it and “fix” it. Previously, obviously the root cause wasn’t fixed but it was patched and nice enough for guests and lasted two years. I haven’t had guests in a year giving up completely. I lived there for several years once LISS took over I had to leave. They only use AI. For everything. EVERYTHING! I CANT REACH ANYONE DIRECTLY AND NOTICE THE RESPONSE HAS NO DIRECT POINT OF CONTACT!! TLDR: AI rental company you will never speak to a human unless in person which is ridiculous, no heat so FREEZING, leaking ceilings, forced aggressive and possibly illegal auto lease renewals. Listen to reviews and avoid LISS. ASHLEY is GONE that’s the OTHER COMPANY. 6 months or not. STEER CLEAR.

  Think twice before renting here !!! All the boilers system are old over 4 decades ago and never been inspected .so heat or hot water you probably won’t have that coming winter. Plumbing system is WORST ! Water will be shut off without notice for 48hrs .The rent goes up every year with no improvements .Maintenance never answer no matter the cause . no emergency hotline number or on site management . Trash barely gets dump . But you will pay a trash fee .No pest inspection most apartment have bed bugs .If your power goes out there is no emergency maintenance or hotline number to call. The outside environment you will see piles on trash in parkways , in cut grass in summer , and they will not clear properly in the snow. There are multiple alert of offender nearby . You will see old men leave beer bottles around . Re; rent You will receive a late fees on timely payments. Online payment will incorrectly double the rent payment will have wait weeks for reimbursement.Re; management You will never see or talk the property manager . So any problem will only be via email only .This property has had 3 owners within a year .This is literally the Projects everyone !prepare yourself if concerning .the apartment advertising is a completely disappointment.pictures will be provided

  Went to Lawndale looking for a 2-bedroom apartment. Lawndale did not have what I wanted but Ashley helped me look at other places in the company and answered all my questions I was in her office for over 30 mins. I wanted to come on here and shout her out. Thank you, Ashley for all your help.
