  Think twice before renting here !!! All the boilers system are old from 1961 and never been inspected .so heat or hot water you probably won’t have that coming winter . The rent goes up every year . Maintenance never come . Trash barely gets dump . No pest inspections . If your power goes out there is no emergency maintenance or hotline number to call. You will receive a late fees on timely payments.if you are a women that want to rent here they don’t respect anything you have to say . The property manager is aggressive to women !

  Lawndale Apartments is a very nice place its quiet and clean and office manager, Ashley is an angel she helps when there is a problem. She if there is something that needs to be done she on it no questions ask Ashley make living here at Lawndale Apartment feel like home. I have no problems with and no complaints this is a well kept place. It's home.

  Went to Lawndale looking for a 2-bedroom apartment. Lawndale did not have what I wanted but Ashley helped me look at other places in the company and answered all my questions I was in her office for over 30 mins. I wanted to come on here and shout her out. Thank you, Ashley for all your help.
