- DMDorothy MontroseDec 14, 20251.0I only been here two months and have been fighting an active roach infestation and mouse problem. Maintenance doesn’t do shit. I have put in a ticket every week to make them address the roach problem and they literally don’t come. I been seeing mouse droppings and told them to come and seal up any cracks or holes. I come home from work and they just gave me bullshit glue traps. The whole building is infested. Don’t come here unless you’re broke and desperate.

- SVSkyDome VIZESep 8, 20193.0This apartment is relatively in a good neighborhood, Northeast Philly. As a past resident I never had major issues. Although it does not mean it was all good. PROs: - Rent was relatively affordable. ~$800 - Parking space is plentiful. - Good neighborhood. CONs - No amenities were included (water, gas, electricity). - Office is not on site. -Common issues: The complex is unfortunately poorly maintained (as of 2019), and needs lots of renovations and up keep. The hallways were dirty, heater/ thermostat problems, pest problem (mostly mice), garbage disposal areas not well kept clean, and many neighbors have no social etiquettes and/or have drug abuse. Final thoughts: I found Krewstown Apt. good for singles and/or couples with NO kids. Also good for people with tight budget. Make sure read and understand your contract.
