The manager, Jon, was unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to assist throughout the process. Their website’s payment page had errors, which I reported with video evidence, yet they initially blamed me, claiming no one else faced this issue. Only after persistent follow-ups did they attempt to help, but they never acknowledged their fault. Despite earning over three times the monthly rent and having a credit score above 770, they required a co-signer. I added my uncle, who is a businessman with an excellent credit score and long credit history, but they rejected him for not having “regular pay checks.” I then added another co-signer, a mechanical engineer with sufficient income, but their flawed income verification system inaccurately assessed his salary. When I disputed this, they asked for a paystub, but Jon refused to cooperate or address the situation reasonably. I lost nearly $160 in application fees, and the process was a complete waste of time. I’ve attached proof of these issues to warn others. Avoid Krewstown Park Apartments to save yourself the frustration and expense. Date: 06/03/2025 I received a call today from a representative at Krewstown Apartments informing me that my application has been approved and requesting the removal of my review. However, I have already secured approval for another apartment that better suits my needs. I appreciate your response to my Google review, as I have experienced challenges with receiving timely email responses from your team. To future applicants, I strongly advise caution when considering this property. Despite submitting my income verification promptly on the same day as my application, and my co-signer doing the same, my application was initially denied with what appears to be an unjustified reason. This experience has led me to question the transparency and fairness of the application process.
