- SSSheila SantanaJan 24, 20251.0Recent experience as a neighbor to property they own and rent in which a shooting/murder occurred recently this month which resulted in substantial property damage to my home's interior and exterior due to bullets hitting my interior walls, ceilings, and windows and my exterior. When contacting KMC Holding to notify and seeking assistance in paying for repairs I received no compassion as to my and my family's well being, no help for financial costs.The representative was quite unprofessional and beligrant in his response. I believe a civil suit is to be my own recourse in resolving this issue. Any suggestions? These companies are buying properties and renting them to low income families and not doing background checks. Their resident was engaged in criminal activity that brought this murder to his doorstep and unfortunately I must suffer as well? Our neighborhoods are being be seized by these greedy groups who are concerned about their bottom line which is money. Shame on them for being pillagers of our community.
