  Do not move here just because it looks nice and luxury don’t mean anything management don’t care about safety at all they delete bad reviews they just had someone got robbed in front of the building I never pay so much money where I don’t feel safe do not be fool living here ,visiting here

  Had a great rental tour and follow up experience at Josephine with Alexia Tate. She did an excellent job of understanding what was important to me in an apartment and a building, showed me the units most relevant to me and shared how they might meet my needs, and highlighted inventory coming available soon. Alexia also did thoughtful follow-up at the right intervals to answer additional questions and schedule a tour of a newly available unit. Thanks to Alexia and the Josephine team for the warm welcome!

  Have lived here for a few months and have had a few issues with the building. While I typically wouldn't write a review complaining, the fact that the building is soliciting residents for good reviews (to combat the negative, true reviews) does not sit well with me, so here you go: The good: Concierge is great, nothing but good things to say about Joe, Irene, Aaron. Calvin in maintenance, Alexia and Gabe in leasing are also great. The bad: As others have stated the walls and windows are not sound proof at all! This is not typical of other apartment buildings nor typical of normal city living as management states. If you live on the Moravian street side, you will wake up just about every night with the garbage trucks throwing what I can only imagine glass bottles from Uchi as well as crazy amounts of trash from whoever else disposes trash using Moravian. Also there is no transparency regarding your utility bills (we recently got a bill stating that the building is effectively doubling our electricity costs due to an error by the billing company Minol but since we never actually get our apartment electricity bills no way to dispute this). As others have also stated, you will not get a parking spot- period (ridiculous to have only 50 something spots in a luxury building with 250 units). There are many other problems with the building and given the number of other luxury rental buildings in center city, would strongly encourage anyone looking at the building to rent elsewhere (there's a reason there is so much availability here).
