    Fantastic place to live. Great amenities, spotless building, and an incredible staff. Alisette runs the property flawlessly — the events she organizes (like the workout class with Kirsten) make it feel like a real community.

    I'm a bit late to writing this review, but I wanted to give a shout out to M'Laysia, the leasing agent here. I toured with her last month, and she was very attentive to what I was looking for, as well as being very sociable. While I didn't end up moving, Glassworks showed very well, and I'd definitely consider it again in the future. Thank you for everything!

    Been living here for 5 months and I love it. Alisette is very helpful and very professional! Ruben the maintenance manager is very helpful as well, anytime I’ve had an issue he gets it fixed immediately. There’s a lot of food places in walking distance and everything you need is relatively close. The only cons I can think of is that the shower water doesn’t really get that hot, sometimes you get lucky but it’s usually lukewarm. Also street parking is ridiculous on Howard, so if you’re used to having guests over make sure they know they’ll be circling the block at least 10 times.

    I’m so excited to be moving into Glassworks Apartments! This building is truly a hidden gem, the location couldn’t be more perfect. It’s within walking distance to both Frankford Ave and American St, and there’s plenty of parking, plus an enclosed garage which is a huge bonus. Ali gave us the tour and she was incredible, super thorough, detail-oriented, and honestly left me with zero questions. Her professionalism and knowledge made the whole process smooth and easy. Can’t wait to call this place home!
