  I had the opportunity to meet with Mimi, the Leasing Consultant. She was professional, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the property. Even though I was late for the tour. Mimi took the time to answer my questions and provided helpful information that made the experience smooth and informative. Thank you, Mimi, for your assistance and excellent customer service.

  My cat was murder due to lack of security from staff , this is horrible for my mental health, it was my service cat name scribbles. Please don’t move here just moved out 12/12/25. My car got broken into 6 times , a Benz at that. So disrespectful staff aswell. Tried to get physical with me and kicked my service cat

  I just started my move. I’m relocating from another city. From day 1 on my tour w/Mimi to her, Jionni & Chantel tag teaming follow up calls, emails, being kind, patient & professional when their explaining answers to my questions, they have made the whole experience/process easy. Very inviting. It’s a great start. I appreciate them all & look forward to residing here.

  DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! The building is plagued by maintenance issues including frequent emergency water shutoffs and leaks within the building. When things do break, they are replaced with something that is more inconvenient. The laundry card machine broke and was replaced with one that is cash only and does not take $1 bills. The elevators are constantly out of order. We used to have free coffee but now management has decided to limit that amenity to 5 cups a month. Management is also unhelpful and does not provide any updates on when issues can expect to be resolved so residents are left guessing. I cannot stress enough that I would avoid this building entirely

  Me and my wife lived here for 2 years now and we love management and maintenance, although the building itself could use some work
