- MBMonica Best2 days ago4.0Love it here. Been here for 8 years and I enjoy going to the pool in the summer. The pool is not monitored and residents have to pay which is not fair. The neighborhood trespasses and uses our pool. Maintenance could be alot more competent when it comes to work orders too. Electric bill is pretty high.

- AGAngela GrahamSep 25, 20254.0I have lived here for over ten years and have noticed a decline over the last few years. Usually when I request maintenance the turnaround time is prompt but not anymore. I submitted a maintenance request on 9/9/2025 for my washing machine that began leaking on 9/7. A maintenance guy showed up on 9/7 with an injured arm and said someone would be back first thing tomorrow (9/8) but no one showed up. Well now it's 9/25 and still nothing. I've tried calling and emailing but no response. I can't use my washing machine, can't wash clothes, and, for an added expense, I now have to go to the laundromat. One of the reasons why I moved here was because of the washer & dryer in the unit. I actually like living here but if repairs aren't made in a timely manner I'll be forced to move. With all that being said... I can no longer, in good conscience, recommend Brookshire Trace Townhomes as a place to live. I never thought I'd say this but I actually miss Crystal. When she was here she actually got things done. Update: I was promptly contacted on yesterday (9/26) for permission to enter to install a new washer & dryer. Oh course, I responded with a resounding yes. When I arrived home from work I immediately went to my laundry room and was impressed with a newly updated washer & dryer. I appreciate that my concerns were taken seriously and addressed so promptly. I look forward to continuing making Brookshire Trace my home.
