  Was considering living here and toured but was never sent the follow-up information on the units I toured. Instead, I get spam emails about price drops on units I have no interest in. Not very luxury imo. Guess I wasn’t what they were looking for. I understand the location on the square garners a price bump but the increase from comps in the area is not warranted for the added value.

  In full transparency, I don’t live here…but I have some advice for anyone thinking about touring this building. Throughout my life, I have lived in NYC, Philadelphia, and abroad. I have probably toured two dozen apartment buildings in my life…. **Luis was the best leasing agent I have ever worked with** — professional, transparent, not aggressively sales-y. Just a great ambassador of the building and incredibly informative. Loved the physical building, but Luis and the other team members we ran into are what makes an apartment building truly luxury (and they do).

  Love the front desk staff. Truly world-class. I don’t recommend this building because of the many times the fire alarm goes off. The alarm is so incredibly loud it’s unbearable even with a noise cancellation head set and ear plugs. We are told to stay put until they can verify the issue which can take 20-40 minutes of unbearable noise. It will ruin your next day due to getting woken up in the middle of the night. One of the elevators is also frequently out of service which also results in long waits.
