  28 days no heat and Alterea management thinks tenants are not entitled to a rental concession because according to law and contract they only have to produce a space heater to keep unit above 70 degrees . Was also told when I first moved in that because this was an old building I should run my was for 20 minutes in order for it to get hot this went on for a few days before being allowed to take a hot shower without having to let it run . They finally consented to calling plumber to turn my water on. The building itself is quite and nice, but management it shitty

  Love the apartment complex and Adam in maintenance is great! Always has a quick response, very professional, and does a great job fixing the problem. He is courteous and efficient couldn’t ask for better maintenance service!
