  When my husband and I were moving to Pittsburgh we were looking for a new built, quick move in house within a good school district. Ryan Homes has been our preferred builders since the beginning. This is the second time we have purchased a home with them and the dealings have always been seamless. Ryan Homes at Wellington is at a great location, beautiful views and the school district is amongst the top 3% in PA! You will always have the option for a quick move in or you can customize your built! This upcoming community is 7 minutes away from commercial area on both sides! Its been three months since we have been living here and if/when we have had an issue in the house (which has been a rarity), their customer service is efficient and gets the problem solved in a timely manner!

In the month since moving in, I've been impressed by the project manager's attention to detail. They've promptly addressed all post-move-in concerns, adhering to the comprehensive warranty provisions. The HOA excels in maintaining the community's appearance, from lawn care to other maintenance needs. Their dedication to keeping Wellington Estates pristine is evident. I'm fortunate to be surrounded by welcoming neighbors who contribute to the community's warm atmosphere. Despite some social media claims about pricing, I've found my townhome to offer remarkable value. The interior space is surprisingly expansive, rivaling my previous 16-acre property. The well-designed layout enhances daily living, with rooms flowing seamlessly and ample cabinet space throughout. Wellington Estates' location is another highlight. It's conveniently situated near several high-quality population centers, while the surrounding country roads offer a tranquil driving experience. Overall, I'm thrilled with my decision to make Wellington Estates my new home. Ryan Homes has truly delivered on their promise of quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.
