His responsiveness was incredible. The amount of effort and time that he put in to discussing the process from the first day we met, walking me through the big picture and assisting me with every detail big or small has exceeded my expectations by far. We are still in the beginning stages of building and looking forward to seeing our new home.

JP has been very transparent, informative, and responsive throughout the process, which has helped us feel more comfortable as we go through our first time 'building' a home. Additionally, working with Stacy through the mortgage process has been quick and painless! These guys feel like experts in their professions who are genuinely here to help you rather than sell you. A couple tips for other prospective buyers - there is a facebook community for blackthorne estates and ryan homes to help get you more of a feel for the neighborhood and home decor options. Never hurts to get information from people who have already lived the experience!

But from the moment I walked into the model home, my nerves were calmed by the fantastic Ryan Homes team. From our sales rep (JP) to our project manager (Jeff), we were made to feel more like friends than home building customers. We were well informed and involved every step of the way, and could not be happier with the outcome of our beautiful Columbia. The only regret I have is not listening when the sales rep told me how much I would want that third car garage (that we decided not to get). He was right ;) The Greens at Blackthorne Estates is a fantastic community, and one that we're now very proud to call home.
