- LLLNov 10, 20251.0As someone who is a real customer writing a REAL review and not an incentivized shoutout or a fake account to make themselves look good, DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE unless you really enjoy being lied to, gaslit, treated like garbage, and strung along. As our Christmas present to ourselves we canceled our contract after months (AFTER delivery) of non-existent customer service, delayed work on our home, and much MUCH more, we are just done, and starting over elsewhere. We had stuff in the home and were told we have to have it out by January 1st. I am six months pregnant, and I had a dream last night where I lost my baby and in my dream I cried, “This is Clayton Home’s fault for putting us through so much stress. I hate Clayton Homes. I hate them so much.” So…yeah….wouldn’t recommend. By name, since all of your other reviews get them, special shoutout to Brody Flinton, Ed Flinton (his father), and Colton Goodman (ironic last name lol.) Merry Christmas
