  I absolutely love living here and maintenance is so responsive. It’s quiet and peaceful. I feel safe living here. However, recently the landscaping has taken a backseat in the complex with bushes over grown, grass clippings left on patios/porches and over lack of attention. It used to be so meticulous but has taken a hit more recently. Other than that, it is a fantastic place to live!

  If your washer breaks, and you need to do a load of laundry, GO ELSEWHERE! The woman who is either an employee or an owner is INCREDIBLY rude. I pulled in at 745 needing to do one load. The very top line of their sign says the hours are until 9PM. I’m starting to take my stuff out and she comes out the front door that she is cleaning and says “We’re closed”. I said “I thought you were open until 9 like your sign says” she then turns and points at the sign, and says “it says no washers OR dryers will be started after 8. We’re closed”. I took my stuff elsewhere, and will continue to do so until the GE tech fixes my washer.

  Aent to the laundry mat there. It is clean, washers are great but dryers....need help 5 minutes 25 cents. The one dryer has been down for months. Will it ever be fixed
