  Current residents at Summit Ridge, been here for around 5 months. Great community, well maintained and very peaceful. We have had an amazing experience so far. The property manager is responsive and the maintenance personnel are good. The community is quite well located and safe and the neighbors are respectful. The biggest downside is the payment management. We were erroneously charged service fees for amenities that were transferred over within the lease-stipulated timeframe. After multiple requests, the service fees were removed. However, we were then charged a late-fee (of $282) with the management responding that we never paid the utilities ($44.06) in time, despite multiple emails and service requests for the correction of the ledger sent from us, starting the very first month of the lease. The management seems to be outrightly refusing to credit back the erroneously charged late fees as a rent credit even (!!), although we have been absolutely spot on with payments and all requests. Having to deal with this while having a busy clinical and surgical practice is quite frustrating. We would have loved to give this community a 5-star rating had the late-fee issue been resolved.

  Do yourself a favor. AVOID THIS PLACE. They are not courteous at all. Autopay has constant issues and fees. Read your lease because they have horrible stipulations and it is impossible to break your lease. I paid my rent two days before I went into the hospital to have my son, made a mistake on my autopay where it didn't kick in until the following month. Two weeks later we get out of the hospital with a NICU preemie and we have an eviction notice on our door. No calls or notification, an eviction letter. That was two years ago and now we are facing multiple "Corporate" issues". Awful company and practices. We are getting a lawyer for move out because we already know we need one when our lease is up. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Also, research thee company, they have already lost lawsuits for horrible practices.

  Nice quiet community with a great view on the upper levels. Always see lots of friendly people when out on walks. Dean and the maintenance team are quick to take care of any service requests. Community events are clearly communicated and the app used for paying rent works with no issues.

  A very quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood with beautiful views. Sidewalks through out the community, great place to walk a dog. Property Manager, Deborah and Maintenance, Dean are exceptionally pleasant, helpful and provide quick resolutions to any issues. Wonderful place to live!
