  STAY Away!!! AR buildings is the worst property management company I have ever had to deal with! We had mold in our unit - wasn’t fixed We had water leaks, in the kitchen and in all ceilings, never fixed We had neighbors who would smoke in their unit (supposed to against the rules) We had a water heater leaking that wasn’t fixed Water bills are extremely high but you have to pay Hawthorne for them to “manage” the water/sewer accounts so you can never see why they are so high The electric bills are super high cause there is no insulation in the walls and the windows are old. Check out the lawsuit that the attorney general filed and settled against AR buildings. They were making up charges and lying about repairs when tenants moved out. The whole place is set up to take advantage of people and I would never never recommend anyone move into here.

  We were about to renew our lease and we sat with the new assistant property manager with Angie . We spoke our concerns of what we thought was best after being here for five years , and after saying the same request for the past four to five years about new toilets and duct work cleaning to the previous property managers . Angie was the only one we ever felt listened to what we had to say and actually turned a request into action . Of it wasn’t for Angie we wouldn’t have renewed our lease this time . Thank you Angie for looking out for your tenants . This 5 star review goes out to Angie and the maintenance crew .
