  Moved in Dec 2025 within a couple weeks noticing smell. Besides the smell from other tenants cooking because of poor ventilation. Air quality testing and mold testing done professionally [ all evidence] very high unhealthy vocs and formaldehyde levels. Mold test showed very bad mold in bathroom and there mold test showed high levels of mold spore in furnace closet which they didnt fix and my report shows these levels goes through walls and can contaminate apartment and other apartments around it.. They refused to give me another apartment refused to fix the issue and didnt care to help me with any cost of thousands of dollars lost because all my items were contaminated from these odors and weren't able to be removed. Both employees in office have lied and disrespected me and one maintenance [ have all evidence] these odors made me very sick with proof from doctors and they totally ignored them and testing. The apartment besides the unhealthy odors appliances were never cleaned frigerator had mold in water line microwave was filled with grease dryer was filled with lint that should've been a priority since that lint causes fires. Bathroom fan didnt work filled with mold and bugs. Windows iced up moisture issues air leaks. Came in on non windy day and said we dont feel any air. Just poor maintenance and lies. With all this and so much more. Evidence of all I have and will keep.. thank you Bright Oaks for my worst experience of apartment living and health issues now.. But you keep those windows open!! APARTMENT 208 moved out in march.. I have given them a chance to make this right and they chosen to ignore all ..

  At the very best, a disappointing encounter with staff that I expect will be even more disappointing if and when I talk to the corporate overlords. I’m sure they’ll disappoint me more as they blame me for the current challenges that I believe are because of their suspect “billing policies”. I’d hate this if I were an elderly person trying to navigate this nonsense.

  Moved in a little bit ago and the office staff has been accommodating and excellent. They are very responsive and work diligently to get everything taken care of for me. The property is clean and lively! Neighbors are nice.

  We were able to move into an apartment very quickly. When we had some concerns, Cristin and Debra were incredibly helpful in resolving our issues. The have been patient with us and we are grateful for their time and effort. The apartments and townhomes are in a beautiful country setting yet very close to the Robinson mall area and downtown Pittsburgh.

  Move here only if you want to get ripped off after moving. I lived here for 2 and half years and when I moved I was charged 4k+ in damage for carpet change and wall painting. I lived there with two kids and there was normal wear and tear in the carpet from the usage of 2+ years. Also there were some crayon markings in the wall which was done by my kids. Any land load will have to repaint the wall after almost 3 years of usage, but A.R. Building company put the entire charge on me, which I feel is completely unethical. This is how they treat their tenants after they move out. I lived in many apartments in the past, but I was never treated like this.
