  Kristy is absolutely amazing! She has answered all our questions, helped explain everything and had made the entire process so easy. She has also planned events for us to get to know our new neighbors which is getting me even more excited to close on our new home.

  We purchased an Eden Cay in the ranch homes community of Fayette Farms. We couldn’t be happier with the purchase experience. Kristy is a super ambassador for the neighborhood and the homes Ryan has put together. Doug the project manager is super knowledgeable and helpful. This one floor living is so needed in this area of Pittsburgh. We are thrilled and looking forward to moving in come August.

  We have never built our own house before and were very pleased how easy the team at Ryan Homes made the process. Kristy was great to work with as she answered all of our questions in a prompt manner and was a pleasure to work with. ( I would not let her go from this community as she really fits in ) . Our project manager Doug did an excellent job as well. He kept us informed during the entire process and was also very accessible to work with. We are moving in soon and would highly recommend Ryan homes and the team at Fayette Farms! Dave & Sally Reilly

  We have been moving into our new home for a week and each day we love it more. We were ready to give up some stairs so the ranch style is perfect for us. We do have a basement for storage of our "stuff" but we won't be running up and down those steps multiple times a day. Everything is beautiful and the whole experience was smooth and easy. We are grateful for the kind and helpful sales rep, Kristy, and the always calm and detail oriented project manager, Doug. Come and visit when we get the boxes unpacked, we can sit on our lovely deck!

  Our experience with Ryan Homes has been very positive. The team of Kristy, Pat, and Doug are all very friendly, helpful and always willing to answer your questions. They are understanding and they take the time to make sure you feel comfortable and understand what is going on throughout the building process. Kristy is especially wonderful. We stopped by all the time and say hello and she’s always happy to see us. It truly feels like they are all genuinely happy for you as you go through the experience of building your home.
