  I recently closed on a new townhome and couldn't be happier with the entire process. Going into this process, I wasn't sure what to expect. And after touring numerous new townhome communities - Blackstone stood out tremendously from their employees, to their build & townhome layout, and their amenities! From my initial visit, Katie was beyond exceptional. She was personable, helpful, and very knowledgable. She was a call or text away throughout the entire process if I had any questions, which I really appreciated as this was my first home purchase. She was also genuinely excited for me, and worked hard to make sure the customer experience was top notch. Now a days, this type of employee and experience is hard to find - so I very much appreciated her enthusiasm, knowledge, and help. Matt, the Project Manager, was equally impressive. He too was a phone call or text away the entire process and kept me informed on where they were at in the building process. He personally walked me through the home once it was built to give me a tour & explain important details of the home I needed to know. He made this process easy for me to understand too! Whenever a small question came up, he was right there to talk me through it. His co-worker, Dawson, was also fantastic! You can tell they make a great team. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really gave me confidence I was getting a well built home. Thanks for the incredible teamwork Katie, Matt, and Dawson - you guys are rockstars! The entire experience, from contract to keys, was seamless. If you're considering a new townhome in a great community, you're in excellent hands with this team!

  We recently purchased our townhouse in the Blackstone community with Ryan Homes, and the entire experience has been absolutely wonderful! The whole process has been smooth, organized, and stress-free. Katie was incredible to work with! She is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly made us feel supported every step of the way! The team at NVR Mortgage was equally fantastic, making the financing process easy to understand and seamless. Although we haven’t moved in yet, we are beyond excited to start this next chapter and be part of the Blackstone community! We highly recommend Ryan Homes, Katie, and NVR Mortgage to anyone looking for a positive and professional home-buying experience!!!!

  Working with Katie as a senior sales and Matt as a project manager, from day one, they were professional, responsive and truly cared about making this journey smooth and stress-free. We have a great experience so far with our new home build, scheduled for completion in mid-June. The team has been professional, responsive, and very supportive throughout the process. Communication is clear, and the quality and attention to detail give us great confidence. Excited to see the final result!

  We had such a great tour experience with Stephanie – She made us feel very welcome and was happy to provide a detailed level of pricing and information. At no point did I feel pressured or like I was having a "sales" conversation - she kept the focus on our wish list, our reasons for moving, and what would work best for us, in a fun but professional manner. Not only did we enjoy the tour and cost sheet process, Stephanie also made sure to follow up with very thoughtful, key pieces of information to shine light on questions we had or points that were brought up during our tour. The home shopping "hospitality" we were shown by Stephanie is unmatched – We have toured several other new build communities in the area, and this one was by far the most informative, professional, and enjoyable.

  My husband and I can't wait to move into our brand new home! Johnpatrick has been such a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and so very patient with us. He quite literally held our hand as we pondered all of our options, and in the end provided us with the confidence we need to move forward with our build. We are so thankful for his expertise and guidance. As first time home buyers we didn't really know where to start but this process has been shockingly easy and smooth. We can't wait to make Blackstone our home and raise our family there! Thank you for everything JP!
