  Joshua is the new property manager here and his very quick response to any concern we have had has been amazing. He is not only very knowledgeable about all things related to the property but he also brings specialists in to assess any issue that a tenant needs. He is a breath of fresh air as far as managers go. Living here has been especially wonderful because we live near the public land trust. There is abundant wildlife which has made our stay here delightful. This may be the very best rental experience that I have had in over 20 years!! The unit that we occupy is especially wonderful because we live very near the land trust property. Abundant wildlife has been a joy to experience!

  We have had nothing but positive interactions dealing with the village of Amesbury. Both Josh and Amanda have went above and beyond to help this move run smoothly. They have been there for all our questions and concerns that we have had along the way. Nothing but great things to say about both Josh and Amanda!

  I have lived in Amesbury for two years now and would recommend it. Our unit is lovely and Joshua, the property manager, and Brent are responsive and helpful!

  We moved to “Amesbury” for the location. We’ve stayed at “Amesbury” for the community, the management and service. The true test of a company is NOT that things will never go wrong…they will. It’s how management and maintenance respond. Beth and Andrew do a great job, responding in a timely manner to any problems or issues. They make it a nice place to live. Lisa & Jeff

  I lived there for two years, this place is so close to the airport and it is noisy. I wouldn't recommend it since it is very expensive too
