  I have lived in Amesbury for two years now and would recommend it. Our unit is lovely and Joshua, the property manager, and Brent are responsive and helpful!

  I am new the to community and feel so welcomed . Everyone is the leading office and Mr Darwin is so supportive, pleasant and professional.

  I lived at Amesbury approximately five years ago. The unit we had was beautiful, our neighbors were wonderful, and Beth and team were always receptive, helpful, and got things done when needed. I have now made the decision to return and am moving in around April. I love the renovations that have been made in the unit we are going to be renting. They are absolutely beautiful! I recommend Amesbury to anyone who is looking for a true community to live in, complete with excellent help from Beth and company, and great neighbors. I can't wait to come back and plan to stay for many years. What a lovely place!

  Spacious units within a nice community. Property manager is always informative and friendly. I have only had one very minor maintenance request and it was addressed immediately.
