We had an initial call from Melissa, Ryan Homes client coordinator who connected us with Kristen Flora, Sales Representative at Elk Ridge. We explained that we were looking for a quick possession home and were lucky enough to find exactly what we were looking for. Our home is stylish, has a functional floor plan together with quality finishes. If looking to build, you have the opportunity to customize your home with a range of options in addition to having the choice of a beautiful interior design palette. We also love the location, it offers a countryside feel while being close to town and city facilities. Low HOA fees and the homeowner community pool and clubhouse due to open next summer were additional reasons for choosing to purchase at Elk Ridge. Kristen is wonderful to work with; professional, knowledgable and responsive. She and the team at Ryan Homes will take great care of you. Highly recommended.
