  The fact that no one will ever answer your call outside of an AI machine is infuriating. It's disgusting to me that they let people pay so much and don't even give them the bare minimum of allowing clients to call the front office to speak with a real person to handle real concerns, questions, and issues. The lack of care and attention here indicates their lack care in other areas as well. Entirely displeased with this AI system and am not looking to renew my lease if this is not changed soon.

  The people who work at the office have been wonderful and very helpful…Especially one in particular..,Jacob… that even just called me and asked how I was doing.., and how I felt about living there… which no one has ever done before with me renting…and that makes me feel good knowing that someone actually cares here

  Thank you Jacob for answering all our questions. Loved the fact that we did not feel like we were pressured into making a decision and you were responsive in making the move as easy as possible. Loved the apartment complex and its proximity to the airport and shopping/restaurants but yet not in the middle providing some privacy. Parking for vehicles is definitely a plus. We appreciate Jacob going the extra mile!

  Love living at Prism Place. The amenities are great, the location is super convenient, and the people around make it feel like a nice community. The office staff is genuinely friendly, humble, and awesome, also always welcoming and helpful. Maintenance is quick and dependable. Overall, it’s a comfortable place that’s well run and easy to recommend.
