  I love it here so much! All the staff are super helpful especially my girl Shana! 10/10 to live here.

  I would only stay here if you have no other option. Prism looks amazing on the outside, but staying there lead us to end our lease early. I will start with the positives: -Excellent location and we felt safe -Great neighbors (some even helped us move in-Thank you Charlie & friends!😀) -Great amenities -Ample closet space -Newer and mold free Cons: -Walls are extremely thin. We could hear someone using the treadmill and lifting weights in a nearby apartment. We also heard the bathroom exhaust fan of our neighbors -Poor maintenance-our air filter wasn’t changed in almost 6 months. This caused us to have a higher utility bill and poorer air quality. I have asthma so this was not great for my health. Our shower also leaked and it took multiple visits for this to be fixed. We also found a snake on the property. I have never found a snake at any rental prior to this rental. 🤯 Our air conditioning unit went out one day and the leasing specialist brought us a portable A\C unit that attached to the windows. I ended up calling a friend who helped me troubleshoot the issue. -High rent for value-if maintenance was stellar and they actually changed the filter once per month, I would feel a little bit better about paying the rent. When asked about the filter, they said they change the filters once every six months. When I researched the filter online, it is recommended that the filters be changed monthly. -No access to corporate-I called Corporate twice and didn’t receive a call back. We rented from June 2024-December 2024. I wanted to make sure I shared our experience to help someone else. The leasing specialists are great and really try their best, but the cards they are being deal with corporate and maintenance are very poor.

  I've had a great experience living at this apartment complex! The property is always very well kept—everything from the landscaping to the common areas is clean and maintained beautifully. Maintenance is incredibly responsive; any time I've put in a request, they arrive quickly and get the job done right. Management is also wonderful—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. One of my favorite things about living here is the pool and spa—they're absolutely the best!

  I would be remiss to not give credit where it’s due and that’s due by and large to the staff. The facilities are first class and beautiful but the people are what make this complex a great place to live. Mike was our agent that initiated our lease and I happened to call from another state five minutes before closing on a Sunday and Mike stayed on the phone with us for nearly forty five minutes. He could have easily asked me to call back tomorrow but he was attentive and FIRST-CLASS and has been in every interaction in the two months we have lived here. The day we moved in and the day before Mike happened to be off work those days and we met Jacob in the office who assisted us in actually changing apartment locations. This went off with out a glitch and this was no inconvenience to Jacob. From that day and through to our walk through, Jacob’s attention to detail was precise. He treated us like family. The property manager, Brandy, who also was great, has moved to another position. Both Mike and Jacob have been running the ship and doing a GREAT JOB! They are both on top of things and take their job like they are taking care of family and they do this at every turn. I can’t say enough good things about the people who make this place tick. I’ve recently been introduced to Jason a new maintenance employee and again is customer-first based in his approach Jason has been great. I recommend Diamond Ridge as a great place to live not because of all the shiny new amenities but because of the people who care about the residents!!!
