- PSPritam SalunkheDec 29, 20255.0Love living at Prism Place. The amenities are great, the location is super convenient, and the people around make it feel like a nice community. The office staff is genuinely friendly, humble, and awesome, also always welcoming and helpful. Maintenance is quick and dependable. Overall, it’s a comfortable place that’s well run and easy to recommend.

- SCSinika CallowayOct 24, 20253.0I would only stay here if you have no other option. Prism looks amazing on the outside, but staying there lead us to end our lease early. I will start with the positives: -Excellent location and we felt safe -Great neighbors (some even helped us move in-Thank you Charlie & friends!😀) -Great amenities -Ample closet space -Newer and mold free Cons: -Walls are extremely thin. We could hear someone using the treadmill and lifting weights in a nearby apartment. We also heard the bathroom exhaust fan of our neighbors -Poor maintenance-our air filter wasn’t changed in almost 6 months. This caused us to have a higher utility bill and poorer air quality. I have asthma so this was not great for my health. Our shower also leaked and it took multiple visits for this to be fixed. We also found a snake on the property. I have never found a snake at any rental prior to this rental. 🤯 Our air conditioning unit went out one day and the leasing specialist brought us a portable A\C unit that attached to the windows. I ended up calling a friend who helped me troubleshoot the issue. -High rent for value-if maintenance was stellar and they actually changed the filter once per month, I would feel a little bit better about paying the rent. When asked about the filter, they said they change the filters once every six months. When I researched the filter online, it is recommended that the filters be changed monthly. -No access to corporate-I called Corporate twice and didn’t receive a call back. We rented from June 2024-December 2024. I wanted to make sure I shared our experience to help someone else. The leasing specialists are great and really try their best, but the cards they are being deal with corporate and maintenance are very poor.
