    Beware. Once you close it is tedious to get them to honor their warranty. Also, it is extremely difficult to get them to complete items agreed to in the walk through. AC is ridiculously undersized and non functional and they gaslight me everytime. First my AC wasn't working because they claimed the filters needed to be replaced. Then my AC wasn't working because of a balance issue. Them it was not working because the system is only designed for an 88 degree day. Now the warranty is out. My downstairs is 74-75 on a 90 degree day and my upstairs can hardly get below high 70s to 80s in the summer.

    Stefanie was the first person I interacted with from Village at Marketplace. She was amazing and worked with me to ensure all of my questions were answered before, during, and after our viewing appointment. Her professionalism and the lovely model home sealed the deal for me within minutes of my arrival. Stefanie scheduled a meeting for me with both Kenny, the project manager for my new home and Matt from mortgage company. The notice was short, but both gentlemen accommodated my meeting requests. During each meeting, all of my questions were answered and my concerns addressed. All representatives have been nothing short of professional, personable, and helpful during this process. I am pleased with my home choice and the team I’ve work with so far.
