  Rita has been amazing. Made the whole moving process a great experience. The people are great, the clubhouse is awesome.. couldnt have asked for more.

  Evergreen is a beautiful community and the apartments I viewed were extremely impressive. Rita, was so helpful and professional, I am definitely looking to rent!

  We had a great experience with Rita, made the leasing process extremely easy! The building was clean, and staff was extremely friendly! We can’t wait to move in!

  We have lived here for 2.5 years now, since the building was new and all the units had not even been filled for the first time yet, and we’ve been through every property manager so far. Rita has been our favorite to deal with, as someone with anxiety about asking questions or reaching out about my concerns, thanks to Rita’s amazing people skills and ability to make you feel very comfortable and heard, I no longer feel any fear to immediately reach out when I need to send a quick email about something that I want addressed. And she ALWAYS answers in the most prompt manner! I will also give a shout out to maintenance guy Dominic who always makes my dog’s day when he gets to see him in the hall and is very friendly to us, we’re glad when we lost Bob that we got another great friendly maintenance guy to see around the building! The only thing I can say about living here itself, this has been our home for a few years now, we love our kitchen, I love sitting on my patio when it’s not covered in webs or bees in the summer (I’m too afraid of spiders). We’ve made acquaintances with several people that have also stayed and it’s a nice community feeling when you get to know some of the residents around you.
