  Just moved in recently, and so far very pleased with the apartment and surrounding area! Tara from the leasing office has been extremely friendly and helpful throughout my move! Definitely recommend this place to anyone!

  Living at Monroe Pointe Apartments has been nothing short of wonderful. The community is clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located, but what truly sets it apart is the management. Tara, the site manager, is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond for the residents—whether it’s answering questions quickly, addressing concerns with genuine care, or just making sure everything runs smoothly. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail make Monroe Pointe feel less like an apartment complex and more like a home. You can tell she truly cares about the residents, and that makes all the difference. Highly recommend Monroe Pointe Apartments!

  Love this apartment! Like many other reviews say, their feedback is accurate. Since it’s a new building, it’s very clean (though some floors may still have a slight paint smell). My favorite feature is the coffee section they offer multiple choices from dark, medium, and light roast coffees to a variety of teas. One thing that really impressed me was when the power went out and the AC stopped working. The staff quickly provided air coolers to affected units so everyone could stay comfortable. Such thoughtful service! If you’re looking for an apartment in Monroeville, I’d definitely recommend this place.

  Starting my new chapter at Monroe Pointe has been amazing! The modern white kitchen, hardwood floors in the living room, and cozy, high-quality carpet in the bedroom make the space feel both stylish and comfortable. All of the appliances are brand-new LG, and my favorite is definitely the microwave with a built-in air fryer! Another small luxury I love is the daily trash pickup service, no clutter, no hassle, just peace of mind. The secure package lockers also mean I never have to worry about missing or losing a delivery. As a busy student, I don’t have much time for decorating, but the apartment’s clean and elegant design makes it feel complete without any extra effort. Each floor has its own lounge, which gives me a refreshing change of scenery when I need a new study spot and works perfectly for group study sessions with classmates. The pool and gym have been game-changers for my health. After long hours at my desk, being able to work out, relax by the pool, and then treat myself to tea from the lounge espresso machine has become a little ritual that leaves me feeling cared for and refreshed. From the moment I toured the apartment, I knew this was where I wanted to live. Sometimes I consider moving closer to school, but honestly, this place has everything I could ever ask for, I just can’t give it up. I plan to stay here for the rest of my school years, because that’s how much I love living here.
