Nice place overall. Would not recommend if you’re looking for more quiet place to live, unless you get lucky with good neighbors. Paper thin walls & ceiling. Can hear people above you with every step they take, people snoring next door or talking loud & not inside voices. Way over price for that aspect of living in my opinion.

I had a question for the leasing manager, unrelated to something previously and I also just shared that I would not be here the next day and she started yelling at me. That was extremely rude and uncalled for! I literally just said one sentence and she started yelling at me. Unprofessional and I am so glad that I am not staying here. Expensive and not worth it. To be honest, this place is crap quality and they do not care about you. No empathy.

Do Not Live Here
I strongly advise against moving into this apartment complex due to numerous issues that have significantly impacted my experience. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the problems:
1. Ineffective Management: The office manager, Taneesha, is very friendly but lacks real authority. When issues arise, there’s no one with actual decision-making power to address them. You’ll be referred to a PO Box with no direct contact number or support.
2. Deceptive Amenities: The complex markets itself as “luxury living,” but the amenities are far from impressive. The pool is tiny and largely useless (only open in summer), and the gym is poorly equipped, possibly the worst I’ve ever seen. Despite this, there’s a mandatory $200 ancillary fee per month billed to cover these so-called amenities.
3. Excessive Move-Out Charges: For a small studio with minimal carpeting, the complex charged me an outrageous $225 for "carpet cleaning" upon move-out. There are local services that would perform the same job for half the price.
4. Noise Issues: The buildings are constructed with thin wood, so you can hear everything from neighboring units. Expect noise complaints if you have phone conversations or move around during the night.
5. Unreasonable Fees: I was hit with an unexpected fee for not providing a 60-day late fee notice, despite extending my lease by 3 months and clearly communicating my plans to move out. This fee was unreasonable and no management to discuss this with about.
6. Poor Account Management: If you miss one of their numerous random charges, your account will be locked, preventing you from paying other dues and accruing additional late fees. Complaints and attempts to resolve these issues are futile as there is no upper management available.
7. Money-Hungry and Deceptive Owners: They are driven by greed, masking their cost-cutting measures and poor amenities behind a facade of luxury. Their focus is on extracting as much money as possible from tenants rather than providing a genuine living experience.
8. Accountability Issues: The apartment itself is decent—clean and comfortable—but everything outside of the room is plagued with problems, particularly the price gouging and lack of accountable management.
In summary, while the apartment might be livable, the management and overall experience make it a poor choice. If you’re looking for a place with responsible management and fair practices, I highly recommend you look elsewhere.
