- RBRailroad BluesmanJan 23, 20242.0I can't speak to how nice the neighborhood features or neighborhood might be, but whenever I get hired by homeowners to make renovations to these townhouses I consistently find shoddy electrical work, cut corners in finishing, and poor craftsmanship from the builder.

The sales team was extremely knowledgeable and helpful explaining the new construction process. Their years of experience helped guide us to ensure that our entire wish list became a reality! The project management team was very knowledgeable and walked us through every corner of the home making sure we knew every detail from quality of materials to warranties to home maintenance. The team are truly community builders - Even after moving in, they still wave every time we drive by, stop to chat on a walk around the neighborhood and hosts events to meet our neighbors! Beyond thankful that we found this community - especially during this crazy housing market!
