- JLJim Lennon3 days ago1.0Floors in our Executive NV home (4 yrs old) all creak on second floor. Tiling installed in 2 bathrooms and laundry room cracked in multiple places. All concerns regarding creaking dismissed as “settling” until warranty expires. The home flooded the day of settlement due to pipes not properly installed, after closing we came to find our new hole with holes cut in the ceiling and fans running in the foyer. Owned previous new construction at significantly lower price point - no issues compared to this. Would never consider another NV home. Avoid.

- RBRailroad BluesmanJan 23, 20242.0I can't speak to how nice the neighborhood features or neighborhood might be, but whenever I get hired by homeowners to make renovations to these townhouses I consistently find shoddy electrical work, cut corners in finishing, and poor craftsmanship from the builder.
