  We were shopping for a home in the suburb of Philadelphia. It is no exaggeration that we did internet exploring for at least 40 hrs. in the past month between both of us. We created a short list of 6 sites for one day of site visit to further validate locality, quality of construction and suitable pricing. NVHomes was the first on the list based on our prior knowledge of their work. We visited choices 1 to 3 and concluded that we should go back to the first site-NVHomes. The more detailed enquiry and a second visit of the model home and the exceptional customer service helped us to make the decision to conclude on the home. The site was great location for accessibility to freeways, public transportation, shopping, medical services & restaurants. That's the story....!

  One Saturday my husband and I decided to tour the NV Homes, Ponds Edge sample. We really liked the layout and immediately became interested. We met Jeannie Concannon in the business office. Jeannie was personable and professional as we discussed our options. She was very enthusiastic, always accessible and so pleasant to work with! Eight months later we moved into our new townhouse. We appreciate Jeannie’s assistance and highly recommend the NV Homes Ponds Edge townhome community.

  We moved into the estate homes built by NV homes in Nov 2023. We had an excellent experience throughout the buying process from sales representative (Maria) to construction project manager (Jon) and through warranty manager (John). The sales and project management teams were very accommodative throughout the building process. The warranty team is responsive to taking care of minor imperfections. The home owner association (Sophia) is helpful and accommodative in guiding us through HOA approval process for exterior improvements. Thank you for doing a great job! Keep up the good work. We are very pleased!

  BEST new construction neighborhood in Media! The NV Homes team is amazing. We moved into our new home in Feb 2022. The sales team was extremely knowledgeable and helpful explaining the new construction process. Their years of experience helped guide us to ensure that our entire wish list became a reality! The project management team was very knowledgeable and walked us through every corner of the home making sure we knew every detail from quality of materials to warranties to home maintenance. The team are truly community builders - Even after moving in, they still wave every time we drive by, stop to chat on a walk around the neighborhood and hosts events to meet our neighbors! Beyond thankful that we found this community - especially during this crazy housing market!
