  We love our new home and had a fantastic experience with everyone we worked with along the way, but the Heartland Homes warranty team has truly stood out. During our first year, Todd and Tom have both been incredibly responsive and professional, always prompt and thorough in addressing any concerns. A special shout-out to Tom—his work ethic, attention to detail, and genuine care for our home have made a lasting impression. He’s always friendly, respectful, and thoughtful—and even our cat looks forward to his visits!

  I am building a new townhouse in Scenic Valley, Canonsburg PA, and really enjoying my experience in working with Heartland Homes. I am renting currently in this same community while building so I have had an opportunity to already feel at home. Cara Olshanski is my Sales Consultant and has been wonderful in walking me through the options and keeping me updated! I have lived in different types of homes so I am using this experience in making my selections, knowing what will be important to me. Thank you Heartland Homes and Cara!

  We built a Heartland home in 2023. We are very happy with the quality of it. But the best part of all has been the warranty service with Tom. He is a complete professional who never overlooks the smallest detail. He is so kind and smart and incredibly talented. All of our neighbors request Tom. We are always happy when he comes to our house to deal with a warranty submission. He is a great representative for the Heartland brand. So is Todd who has been incredibly helpful with all of our warranty needs. Thank you, Heartland, for having amazing teammates like Tom and Todd.
